Production Equipment

We utilize advanced production equipment, including imported injection molding machines from renowned brands such as JSW, Sumitomo, Toshiba, and HT. Our machines range in size from 15 MT to 350 MT and include double-color/material injection machines. Additionally, we have 13 pin insertion machines for secondary processes to cater to the diverse needs of our customers.
In addition to common materials such as ABS, PC, PP, PE, and PA, we specialize in precision injection of engineering-grade thermoplastics, including PSU, PET, PPE, PBT, and LCP. We also work with thermosetting materials like DAP and phenolic resin. For metal applications, we utilize various materials, including copper wire, alloys, stainless steel, phosphorus bronze, and brass.
